Markham boot camp owner gives you a 10 minute workout

Hey there…hope you are doing really awesome today. The biggest excuse people have when it comes to not working out is NOT having enough time. Well…as bad as an excuse that is…I made a workout that totally gets rid of that excuse totally.

Doing this workout is pretty intense if you do it right and it’ll boost your metabolism through the roof. This workout is called the “Getting Rid of Excuses Workout” and I know you’ll like it. Here it is:
