I hope you’re doing great and that 2010 is off to a Awesome start for you!

This blog post is a little different.

It’s a new year. You probably have some goals set for your New years Resolution regarding your health and fitness.

I want to help you achieve those goals.

So what I want to know from YOU is; what can I do for you?

    Hey Dan, Thanks for the email. The best thing you can do for me is to keep the classes at Harlequin running so that as soon as I am healthy enough to join again, I will be there!

    Hi Dan
    I just want to say I love the classes and the biggest result has been the increase in my strength. I still have alot of trouble around the mid drift/dreaded “muffin top” whats the best thing I can do to hit that area. Thanks to you, Brenda and Liz for everything!

  4. I’ll be coming out with a blog post about this in two weeks Kerry! Glad you are enjoying the camps! I reall worked hard to make them as fun and effective as possible!
