Markham Boot Camp Trainer Gets His Ladies in Shape!

I am pumped!  On Monday, January 24th, I will be starting the 28 Day Drop A Dress Size program at The Markham Boot Camp for women.  I, along with several other women who have signed up, can’t wait to get started.

It is easy to follow using everyday foods that you can purchase at the grocery store.  Plus it is only 3 meals a day versus eating meals,snacking several times a day, etc.( which makes it easy to go over in calories, not to mention carting it all around and preparing).

I love working out with the ladies at Go Girl Boot Camps and eating well.  The problem has been for me the proper combinations of food and when to eat and what.  Dan takes all the guess work out of this for you and makes it easy to understand and follow.  He has even shared a number of delicious recipes to try and makes recommendations what ones to eat after workouts etc.  He wants us to succeed, so he has made it as simple as possible.
