I was referred to you by Amy &amp; Philip Yan who trained with you over a year ago I guess.  I was very impressed with the results....they both look great!

I&#039;m not looking to lose weight but looking to develop &amp; tone my muscles. I&#039;m also aiming to do the CN Tower stair climb this October.  My recent fitness assessment showed that I have 22% body fat and they recommend I bring it down to 12%.

Do you still do personal training?  What do you recommend I do to achieve my goals?
