Markham boot camp trainer shows you a quick circuit training workout

Cyn and Andrea show you how it’s done in our markham boot camps with this quick 5 minute circuit training workout we do to boost our metabolisms and melt the fat.

This was taken from a previous segment we did with Daytime live with Jacqueline and Jeff. The weather is getting warmer and before you know it…spring will be here. We definitely want to burn the fat now…before having to rush and put pressure on ourselves later on.
