Markham Boot Camp trainer shows you how 3 super effective butt toning exercises

Hey there….hope all is well and you are seeing amazing results with your body. If you are doing the right things then I’m positive that you are happy with the results.

I’m on my way to Las Vegas for my friends bachelor party. I’m really there for some rest and relaxation but if you have ever been to Vegas…you know that it is anything but that.

I’m hoping that while I’m down there I’ll be able to shoot some guns (I have never shot a gun in my life, always wondered what it feels like), lie by the pool, tan and….

Maybe party a bit 😉
