Markham Personal Trainer explains how you can “cheat your way thin”

Hey there…I have to admit that I was pretty hesistant at first to send you this email. The last thing I want you to do is go gung ho with your diet and face the consequences.

I came across this nutrition program when I went to my fitness conference in California.

Can you really eat chips, ice cream, pizza and all the other things you should stay away from….and still be able to drop weight?

I’m extremely protective about the information I send you because if the program does not work…I’m in deep doo doo.

So I did what I always do in these situations: I tried it on myself…then I tested it on a select number of my Markham boot camp clients.

The results have been pretty crazy:

– Krystin lost 10 pounds
– Jackie lost 11 pounds
– I lost 5 pounds and…

This was all in a span of 4 weeks and we got to have a cheat day where we could eat anything we wanted.

In fact…a cheat day is what you need to increase weight loss…but be careful…it has tobe done in a certain way for it to work.
