Richmond Hill Boot Camp owner reveals his Sexy Leg’s Challenge

Hey there…hope you are awesome…if you are reading this right now…it’s already a fact that YOU are awesome 😉 We do this 24×4 Sexy Leg’s challenge as a finisher for our boot camp…we challenge you to try it out.

We always end off our camps with Metabolic Finishers because we want to take advantage of our fired up metabolism and burn off the excess fat cells that may be lying around your body.

The TBC (Time Based Circuit) workout plus the finisher creates an environment in your body that literelly will burn the fluff off of your body for the next 36 hours.

The Finishers never last longer than 5 minutes but they are as intense a 5 minutes as ever.

Remember: Intensity = Results = Looking Better Naked

This is just one of the many finishers we have at our Richmond Hill boot camp.

It is a circuit of 4 different leg exercises that are all done in reps of 24. We time our girls on how long it takes them to complete the entire circuit.

Note: This is not for beginners as you need at least one month of boot camp experience to successfully complete this circuit.

24×4 Toned Leg’s Challenge – Done in a circuit for one set.

1. Squats x 24 reps
2. Lunges x 24 total reps
3. Squat Jumps x 24 reps
4. Lunge Jumps x 24 total reps (at this point you may feel like a gorilla just jumped on your back)

The best time we had for completing this circuit was 1:37 minutes done by our trainer and former cheerleading instructor Cyn. Can you beat that?

Just doing this at the end of your workout will send your metabolism soaring through the roof and give you sexy legs to boot. Try it out and let me know how it went. Just be prepared to have sore sexy legs afterwards.
