I’m about to hit the plane to Vegas to meet up with the best present and future fitness experts in North America but before I did I wanted to show you this quick tip on how to drop a couple pounds of body fat within a week:

I’m not exactly what you call a “low carb” but I have found that replacing your whole grains with fruits and vegetables has always allowed me to drop a couple percentage point when it comes to the f-a-t loss.

Plus fruits and veggies fill you up more than breads, cereals and granola bars.

A recent study agrees with this approach. Subjects on a low-fat diet that ate more fruits and vegetables lost more fat than another group on only a low-fat diet.

Why?

The group that ate the extra fruits and vegetables said they were less hungry. They were also able to eat a greater volume of food because fruits and vegetables are not energy dense (meaning they don’t have a lot of calories per serving).

Conclusion: Fruits and veggies will help you loose fat and live longer.

    A few quick tips:

    * Replace your breakfast toast with fruits and/or veggies. I like to use peaches or apples.
    * Instead of eating desert, replace it with eating a bowl of berries or fruits.
    * Make sure your fruits are not processed or come in a can.
    * Quickly blend your fruits together with veggies to have a super energy shake at the beginning of each day.

    Try this for the next 3 weeks and see the difference it makes in your body.
