Thornhill boot camp owner shows you his top 3 fat loss exercises

Hey there…hope you are great!  Before getting into this email I want to congratulate two of our boot camp members:

Irina aka. Snooki and Meagan aka. Puddy!

Irina got SELECTED to be in the 2011 Jagermeister calendar and “Puddy” got ENGAGED last weekend!  CONGRATS to both of you!  Now get your butts back to boot camp 😛

I’ve been involved in this charity called MOVEMBER.  The whole purpose of it is to grow my mustache to raise money for Prostate Cancer research.  Every month I’m always looking for new charities to donate to, so I thought this would be fun to do and it’s for a good cause.

Little did I know…I would end up looking like FU MAN CHU or your local chinese take out guy…see pics below:



I never knew how my mustache would grow but if this is any indication…I will never grow a mustache ever again.

Here is a very quick video I did on the top 3 fat loss exercises I do at my Thornhill Boot Camp.  Add them into your routine the next time you are working out at home or in the gym. Check it out in the video below:

    I don’t have a KB and I haven’t seen any at the gym what size weight should I be using?

  4. Start with a lighter weight first. Something that is 2-5 pounds lighter than what you work with in dumbbells. Once you get the form down you will advance to lifting a heavier weight.

    I see people almost jumping, well at least their feet leave the floor as they are pumping the KB. Is that technique ok?
