Toronto’s Female Fat Loss Workout


Before I start off this blog post I want to give a shout out to one of the readers I met at C Lounge on Friday night.  Shout out goes to Shaun!  I have to say that it is always a crazy good experience when my readers come up to me and introduce themselves!  I remember walking into Ki one day and a hostess recognized me from my blog.  I was like, “dammmmnn this is pretty cool”

I totally appreciate it and if you are reading this don’t forget to “HOLLA” at me the next time you see me.

I also want to shout out my boot camp clients currently taking my classes Lisa Kustin (8 pounds lost), Maggie Woo (13 pounds lost), Jennifer Yan (5 pounds lost), Cynthia Yan (5 pounds lost) and the countless others who have been seeing major pounds lost in August.  Keep up the good work!

It was a fantastic experience and even better when the Biggest Loser Helen Phillips said I look cuter than her trainer Bob Harper 😉

Today’s workout was made up by Female Fitness Expert Marci Lall.  He has been featured on Breakfast Television, The Metro newspaper as well as countless other publications.

Circuit:  1 min on, 10 seconds to get your ass into the next exercise

  1. Plie Lunges/Hip Crossovers
  2. Bicep Curl To shoulder press to Burpee w/legs out to Pushup
  3. Hip Walkouts using Ring band
  4. Mountain Climbers w/Pushup handles
  5. Pushup Planks

    omg, i will never be able to do that, and it was only 7 mins!
    I did a bit of the Plie Lunges/Hip Crossovers! Great workout for the glutes!!
